We use natural sweetfish from Totsukawa Village, Yoshino District, Nara Prefecture (limited quantities available), which are rarely found around Shin-Omiya, to make our "Salt-grilled Natural Sweetfish" and "Natural Sweetfish Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)," both of which are exquisite! We also offer many other proud specialty dishes, such as our very popular "Chicken Kamameshi," which combines fluffy, fragrant rice with a flavorful broth!
